Job Type: Fulltime 9:00am-6:00pm (Flexible)

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 annually.

Location: Romeoville, IL

Who We Are: 

We are a warehouse distributor selling to the automotive, commercial, and off-the-road industries. We provide tools, equipment, tire repair materials and supplies to these industries. We have been in business since 1939 with locations in Chicago, IL., Durand, WI., St. Louis, MO., and Charlotte, NC.

Job Summary: 

Searching for a driven and detail-oriented team player to provide the highest quality support services to internal and external customer accounts, as well as our national sales team. This position will have the tools and resources available to be successful.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor inbound and outbound communication from customers and from team members.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the resources available.
  • Respond to orders efficiently so that products are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Conduct research, read catalogs, manuals, and diagrams to determine correct parts and tools for our customers.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at a time and prioritize tasks as needed.
  • Ability to work in a CSR program.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations.

 

What You’ll Need: 

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Attendance and Punctuality
  • Familiarity with CRM Systems and practices.
  • Experience in the tire industry (recommended)
